Hi everyone, Luis Lazo here. I am the owner of RACsuccess.com. I know many freelancers and many business owners that outsource projects on many freelance websites. If you still don't know anything about me, I want to introduce myself to you.
I hope you don't have anything against Spanish speaking people. I am from Guatemala, located in Central America. I came to the US almost 7 years ago. I apologize if my writing has any problems with grammar or anything but this is the best that I can write so if you find any problems in my writing on this blog, please have some patience with me. :-)
After working as a freelancer for many years, I saved some thousands of dollars. I found it very easy to work as a freelancer but I noticed that this was not the case for all freelancers and business owners that outsource projects. For others it seemed tedious and difficult to win bids on freelance jobs and to hire qualified coders for their projects. Even for people who won bids once in a while, I notice they were not able to squeeze all the juice that there is out of freelancing.
Then I thought that there should be a way to help them. It is then when I decided to spend each and every cent that I had saved and I started with RACsuccess.com with the purpose of helping anyone to be successful on their favorite freelance website whether that be RentACoder.com, Guru.com, Odesk.com, or any other freelance site.
Initially everything started with a set of videos I created to teach people how to succeed in RentACoder.com as a freelancer and as a buyer but then, our company expanded to other freelance websites when I introduced RACsuccess-One-On-One service which puts mentors in contact with members who need of their assistance in order to help them be successful in their favorite freelance site.
Mentors are really successful freelancers and business owners that outsource projects that are at the disposition of our members to help them be successful in any major freelance website.
Well, that's enough about me and our company I think... lol... I don't want to make this blog a conversation only about me. I want to give you a warm welcome for visiting our blog. I do encourage friendly discussions on this Blog. You don't even need to have an account in order to posts comments on this blog.

Now that's what I call INNITIATIVE!!! How many people spend their money on this kind of "business"? Let's be honest, it's not much of a business but some brilliant idea and most a big deal of help for freelancers. I am a freelancer too and God knows I need directions and best advice for making money online. RACsuccess seems to be "the little secret" I had no single clue that you can actually have your own mentor and ask him whatever you need to have clear in your head before or after winning projects as a freelancer. Thank you, Luis, for sharing this with people all over the world! I'm personally grateful for bumping into this. I was just surveying freelancing sites and got into this blog.
